Film Wash Color Effects uses only the ColorFX room. This is important. It sits perfectly within your regular color correction pipeline and won't affect the rest of your grade. You can easily dial the strength of the effect down, add vignettes and film grain and the included video tutorial will guide you through the most effective ways to do that.

Curious Turtle is happy to announce the immediate release of a new HD video training course, Rock Steady : Successful Motion Tracking in Imagineer Systems Mocha. This training has previously only been available with our exclusive personal training courses but is now available for everyone.
The course uses Mocha for After Effects V2 and mochaShape, which is now included in Adobe After Effects CS5. Most of the information is just as useful if you're using Mocha AE V1. It has also been updated to include the latest updates for Mocha V2.

Film Wash Color Effects Vol. 2 is a set of presets for Apple Color, utilising the Color FX room to give your footage a great, fully-customisable graded look. The package includes 55 unique effects, split over three distinct categories: Tone Wash, XPro and Black & White Wash.
As this product only uses the Color FX room, it keeps the rest of your grade completely unaffected. Simply balance your clips as you would do normally, then add the rinse of Film Wash over the top. All the Washes remain customisable, making it a snap to dial in your perfect color grade.
