This is an extended tutorial for Mocha for Final Cut. Rather than show how to use Mocha for Final Cut's basic operations, it concentrates on the workflow between Mocha & Apple Motion.
The tutorial focuses on how to use Mocha for Final Cut to create a finished Eighties-style look in Apple Motion.
Note: This tutorial covers an older version of Mocha for Final Cut. The workflow has become easier - but the rest of the tutorial is still valid.
i) Tracking co-planar objects for features that go off-screen.
ii) Using the Grid and Adjust Track to get the best data possible.
iii) Exporting tracking data into Apple Motion.
iv) Linking various effects and mattes to Mocha's tracking data.
v) Rendering in Final Cut Pro.
We will move between Imagineer Systems Mocha for Final Cut and Final Cut Pro and Motion in the Final Cut Studio 2 suite.
Duration: 21mins
